The QNDE meeting is the premiere international NDE meeting designed to provide an interface between research and early engineering with the presentation of ideas and results to speed transfer to engineering development. Materials State Awareness is defined as Digitally-enabled Reliable Nondestructive Quantitative Materials / Damage Characterization Regardless of Scale. This course will provide an overview of multiple nondestructive evaluation methods that can be used to realize this capability, including experimental and model-driven approaches, plus analytical methods to enable the inversion of NDE data to materials characterization information.
